What countries do you deliver to?
We ship worldwide with DHL Express, except countries with security risk.

Where is my order?
We reply on a global network of shipping services as well as local postal services to get our orders to your doorstep as soon as possible. Shipping confirmation with tracking details will be emailed to you once your order is packed.
Can I cancel my order?
We are super quick at process and packing your order up to ensure you receive your order at the earliest so we are not able to make any changes of orders placed.
When will you restock?
Simply click on ‘Notify Me’ after selecting sold out size and colour, enter your email address and submit. You will be the first one to know when the product is back in stock.
I think my item is faulty, what should I do?
Our reputation for quality products and service is important to us. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please reach out to our friendly customer service team at support@gynetique.com for further assistance.
Where do I find size guide?
The size guides for individual products will be available within that product’s page.
Do the garments run true to size?
All our garments fit true to size unless stated on individual product page. Please refer to our size chart to find your perfect fit. We recommend selecting the larger size if you prefer loose fit or the smaller size if you prefer a snug fit.
