Our online store is currently operating as usual. There may be a slight delay in International delivery.
CONTACT-LESS DELIVERY
To keep everyone safe, our courier driver will alert you that they have arrived by knocking on your door. They will then stand 2 metres away from your and ask for your name which they will enter in the system and sign on your behalf. The driver will then place the parcel down for you to pick up after their departure.

Your orders will be carefully packaged and shipped from Christchurch, New Zealand.
Please allow 24~48 hours for your order to be despatched, excluding public holidays (Canterbury, New Zealand)

We ship worldwide except countries with security risk*. In some remote area delivery may take additional time. Delivery time may vary due to customs or weather.


Import Duty

Custom charges may be required depending on the value of your parcel. Customers are liable for any local sales taxes or import duties on the merchandise. For more information, we recommend you contact your local custom office.

Return

GYNETIQUE offers a 14 day returns policy.

We are sorry that you are unsatisfied with your purchase. No worries, here are the steps to make a return

  1. Click on ‘Return Form
  2. Fill in details in required field.
  3. Print out Return Form and enclose it in your parcel with the items you are returning. (Refund will not be processed without the return form to locate your order)
  4. Ship the item back to us with return address provided.

GYNETIQUE does not cover the cost of returns currently. It is recommended that you send your parcel with tracking service, we are unable to accept liability for any goods lost in transit to our return centre.

  • Full price items can be returned for a full refund.
  • Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Returned products must be in their original packaging, unworn condition, with tags and labels attached.
  • GYNETIQUE reserve the rights to refuse a return if items do not meet return standard. Items will be sent back to the original order address at the customer’s own expense.
  • Please allow up 5 working days for returns to be processed after its arrival.
  • We are unable to offer exchange; a store credit will be issued for repurchase.
  • Online store credit is valid for 12 months from the issue date.
  • Items purchased with credit card and Gift Card, refund will be issued on Gift Card first
  • If you’ve return items from an order paid for with Afterpay, your invoice will be adjusted automatically and refund will be processed through Afterpay.

Received Faulty Item

Please email our customer service at support@gynetique.com prior to return with below information. Faulty item returns will not be refunded if no contact was made beforehand.
